Delivery Time

Spot within five working days of shipment, if it is a pre-order product, it will take 10-15 working days to add time, please forgive me, thank you for your patience.

If goods are available, goods will be shipped within 5 business days. For preorder / out of stock the leadtime is 10-20 business days. 

Exchange/Return Goods

In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers, the goods have a 7-day appreciation period (calculated from the day of receipt), not a trial period, and will not be accepted after the appreciation period. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For safety and hygiene reasons, personal wear earrings, necklaces, rings, and hair accessories cannot be returned. If it has already been used, it will not be returned.

For non-defective goods, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
